Pricing

Two numbers, and we will not hide either of them

A platform fee per employee per month, and the rewards you actually issue. Nothing is charged on budget you set aside and never allocate.

Platform fee

Three plans, priced on headcount

All three include every feature. The tiers change the price per head and what we do for you during rollout, not what the product can do.

Starter

For 20 to 99 staff. Single site, self-serve rollout, email support. Everything in the product is switched on.

$4.50 per employee / month

Core

For 100 to 499 staff. Adds guided rollout, per-site budgets and reporting, and a named contact for your program owner.

$3.50 per employee / month

Scale

For 500 staff and up. Adds payroll or HRIS integration, wave-based multi-site rollout, and custom retention settings.

What The Fee Includes

Every plan. There is no feature paywall, because a rewards program with half its mechanisms disabled is a rewards program nobody uses.

  • Peer and manager recognition, with a mandatory reason field
  • Service milestones, safety and training rules, referrals
  • Digital gift cards from more than forty Australian retailers
  • Everyday discounts, available before any points are earned
  • Per-site budgets, committed / issued / redeemed reporting, CSV export
  • Mobile-number sign-in, so no work email address is required

Reward Spend Is Separate, And Yours To Set

Points are billed at face value when they are issued to a person. One hundred points equals one dollar. Committed budget costs nothing until it is allocated.

We will not quote you a program cost net of expected breakage. Points nobody redeems are a failure signal, not a discount.

Terms

  • Month to month. Thirty days notice, no automatic renewal, no minimum term.
  • Headcount counted monthly on the first of the month, from your team file. Casual and part-time staff are counted the same as anyone else.
  • Minimum twenty staff. Below that the administration overhead usually outweighs the benefit, and we will say so.
  • On exit, staff keep access for sixty days to redeem what they have already earned. That is written into the program terms, not left to goodwill.

Common Questions

Are we billed on committed points or issued points?

Issued points only. Budget you set aside for a team or a period is a ceiling, not a cost. Nothing is charged until a point is actually given to a person, and unspent budget does not convert into an invoice at period end.

Is the platform fee based on headcount or active users?

Headcount in the uploaded team file, counted on the first day of the month. We do not charge more for casual or part-time staff, because excluding them defeats the purpose of the program.

What does implementation cost?

Nothing for a single-site rollout. Multi-site rollouts and payroll or HRIS integration are quoted as a one-off, typically between $2,000 and $6,000 depending on the number of systems involved.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month to month with thirty days notice, and no automatic renewal. If you leave, staff keep access for sixty days so they can redeem the points they have already earned.

How much should we budget for rewards themselves?

Between $40 and $400 per employee per year depending on the shape of the program. Light peer recognition sits at the bottom of that range; recognition plus sales or service incentives sits at the top. The most common shape, recognition plus service milestones, runs about $90 to $180 per head.

Do you discount the price using expected breakage?

No. Breakage is points that were issued and never redeemed, which means people did not engage with the program. We do not treat that as a saving and we do not quote against it.
